Now,we have a new better type in 2006,it is the third soft wind rotary oven.

Proffer cntroller is made for sel-proffer. Both the temperature and humidity can be separated controlled,ensures optimum control of the humidity and temperature in proffers.The machine is made of stainless steel and equipped with a special electronic steam system This ensures long and reliable usage.Air exchanging system gives circulating airfiw inside the chamber This design ensures optimum and uniform proffering in the entfre proffer. Two or more units can be selected according to fermentationcapacity and volume of proffer chamber .The proffer controller can be
